My Method

The powder is applied in multiple layers to highlight, deepen and accentuate the portrait to a higher contrast than a black & white photograph. This style still intrigues me, knowing I can create something for you that is better than your photo. A 300GSM coarse textured watercolour board imported from France is used. I find this particular high quality paper suits this medium perfectly. No other combination that I have used can give your portrait the same effect.
